It is important remember that there are resources out there that can be helpful in your time of need. The problem is, resources are sometimes the last thing we think about when we are going through an extremely traumatic or tough time or even feeling suicidal (trust me I have been there before, so I understand). I have utilized some of the resources from the list below, so I encourage you to do the same. I listed my email as a resource because I want you all to know I am here to be a friend and ally to anyone in need.
